Skrev inget igår. Inget hände. Mulet, blåsigt och fuktigt. Trött av lufttrycket. Idag blixt och dunder. Men jag hann gå ner och växla pengar innan ösregnet kom över oss. Åskan kom från havet, men den är än så länge rätt snäll. Men, som sagt det är bara att ta på sig höstkläderna igen och mössa på huvudet. 🙂
Om några timmar ska jag byta stadsdel. Hör och häpna. Igår såg jag att utanför skolan finns Pl. Neapolis. Och jag som skriver nästa manus om just den tiden då Kavala hette Neapolis. En annan lite lustig sak är att nu bor jag i nr 11 och ska bo i nr 11. I Aten bodde jag iofs i nr 10, men det är nära nr. 11 iaf. 🙂 När jag bor i Huset är det nr 13, och på Anatolia nr 13. Och det är endast slumpartat. Men båda dessa nummer är turnummer.
Skulle inte ha utmanat ödet. Åskan börjar bli lite ilsken nu.

PRAYERS FOR THE HOLY SOULS IN PURGATORY

The Novena (using St.Gertrude’s prayer) for the holy souls from 7th November to 15th November for St. Gertrude’s feast on 16th November. The form of the novena is below:
DAY 2.
1) Prayer of Saint Gertrude (releases a vast number of souls each time it is said and can be said throughout the year anytime).
Eternal Father, I offer to Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son our Lord Jesus Christ in union with the Masses said throughout the whole world today for the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere; for sinners in the universal Church, for those in my own home and within my family. Amen.
2) Say the prayer of the Church for the deceased
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon them.. May their Souls and the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace Amen.
3) Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Most sacred heart of Jesus open the hearts and minds of sinners to the truth and light of God the eternal father. Immaculate heart of Mary pray for the conversion of sinners and the world.
4) One Our Father…
One Hail Mary…
One glory be…Amen…
let us pray…
Oh Jesus our divine master and shepherd of souls through the powerful intercession of your faithful servant St. Gertrude we pray for the intentions of our holy father pope Francis and beseech Thee to move the hearts of all sinners who are to die today and are in danger of going to Hell the grace to repent before God calls them home. Defend and protect all the Catholic churches throughout the world against the powers of evil and grant conversion especially to those who are in error and all the unbelievers who are so dark in their souls and still refuse the light of Your mercy. Deliver these helpless sinners from Your enemies and the evil one.
Grant pardon and deliverance to the holy souls in purgatory especially the souls of atheists, agnostics, those who continued to refuse your hand of mercy because of their stubbornness and false beliefs in your existence, our Protestant brothers and sisters whose families don’t believe so they will have no one to pray for them, those who are most abandoned, without prayer, our priests and religious and those for whom we are most duty bound to pray for especially the souls of (Mention Names __________ ).
Wipe away the tears from their eyes as they look up to you with sadness longing and waiting helplessly for the moment of their deliverance. Send their guardian angels to console and comfort them as they are being purified in the fire of your divine justice Amen †
